Introducing Advirtours & Me

Hello, My name is Merle Garbe and I am the President of Advirtours Inc., the Toronto Real Estate Board's #1 Virtual Tour provider.

I'd like to welcome you to our new Advirtours blog, and I hope you have a very happy Family Day. This is an interactive blog, so please feel free to use it to post comments, questions, suggestions, and more. I’ll be using it to keep you posted about our specials, or about other great services that I can share with you. Periodically I will also be sharing some tips about ways to take the best possible advantage of our virtual tours and our companion products.

SOME INFORMATION REGARDING TREB: For the past couple of weeks, TREB has been having technical difficulties with their linking server. They are working hard to resolve the problem, but until that happens, we have been forced to send the tour links to TREB’s Photography Department for manual linking (as opposed to the automated system we previously used). This does take longer, but it is out of our control, and we hope you will be patient and understanding while TREB works out this problem.

ON A TOTALLY UNRELATED SUBJECT -- As many of you know, in my spare time, I run a non-profit theatre company that performs at the Toronto Centre for the Arts, right down the hall from where Jersey Boys is playing now. If you haven’t already seen this fabulous show, I highly recommend it. Right now, my company is in rehearsal for Neil Simon’s comedy The Sunshine Boys, running from April 23 till May 3.
